How does a breakthrough session work?

A personal breakthrough is one of the world’s most powerful personal development mind technologies. It uses techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis.  These techniques allow for direct contact with the unconscious mind, where all memories, beliefs and emotions are stored.  As a result, the breakthrough process allows for alignment of the unconscious and conscious thought patterns; thereby achieving the desired change and movement towards a compelling new future.

Personal breakthroughs vary from one client to another depending on the nature of the issue being resolved.  A typical process involves approximately 20 to 25 hours working either face-to-face or over live video.   Although this time can be tailored to meet the client’s schedule, it is preferred to meet once a week over a period of 3 to 4 months.
