Continued Coaching

This is an opportunity for anyone who has experienced the powerfulness of a Personalized Breakthrough to continue on their journey and to focus on specific issues as they arise.  These sessions are typically 1 to 3 hours in length depending on the presenting issue complexity.  Like the Personalized Breakthrough, this coaching can be conducted either face-to-face, via phone or through Zoom, depending on the needs and preferences of the client.

Continued Coaching is often sought out to:

  • Stay on track
  • Gain clarity in thinking
  • Change a limiting belief
  • Develop deeper rapport and trust with self and others
  • Become more productive, effective and creative
  • Make progress towards a new goal by installing structure and accountability

Whatever the desire sought, the benefits of coaching are that it frees you from thinking you need to have all the answers all of the time.  It gives you tools to find out what exactly is important to you and it enhances self-reliance and self-efficacy resulting in an overall feeling of well-being.
